What clients say

A few words from guests who trust Lumina.

I was nervous going in — I'd never done anything like this before. But the consultation made everything feel clear and low-pressure. Three weeks later, people kept telling me I looked well-rested. Nobody guessed I'd had anything done, which was exactly what I wanted.

Danielle R. · Neuromodulators

I came in with a list of questions and left with actual answers. Marcus walked me through everything — what he was recommending, why, and what to expect. No upselling, no pressure. I've been to other places where I felt like a transaction. This was completely different.

Morgan T. · Dermal Fillers

I did a Hydrafacial two days before my sister's wedding and my skin looked genuinely incredible in photos. Elena was so thorough — she explained every step and my skin felt completely different walking out. I've already booked my next one.

FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

Who performs treatments at Lumina?

All services are performed or supervised by licensed medical professionals. Your plan begins with a consultation to align goals, safety, and expectations.

Is there downtime?

Many treatments have minimal downtime. Some services may involve temporary redness, swelling, or sensitivity. We’ll provide clear pre- and post-care guidance.

How do I choose the right treatment?

We’ll recommend options based on your goals, anatomy, skin condition, timeline, and comfort level—prioritizing natural-looking outcomes.

Do you offer pricing before treatment?

Yes. You’ll receive a transparent plan and estimate before we begin. We can also stage treatments over time based on your preferences.

Can I be treated the same day as my consultation?

Sometimes. For neuromodulator, same-day treatment may be an option if you’re a good candidate. For filler or more involved treatments, we often recommend a separate visit. The provider will tell you what’s appropriate.

I have an event in a few weeks. When should I come in?

For injectables we recommend at least two weeks before a major event so any bruising or swelling can resolve. For facials or Hydrafacial, a few days to a week before is often ideal. We can help you choose a treatment and date.

Do you focus on natural-looking results?

Yes. We aim for results that look like you—refreshed or refined, not overdone. We use conservative dosing and technique and will tell you when we think less is more for your goals.
